Shipping Information


Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, within 1-2 business days of the order date. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.


All orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the relevant carrier website with the tracking code we automatically send to you on your shipping confirmation.

Failed delivery or lost items

It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode. Vitoria Biosciences cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

If you are having your order delivered to a work address the business name must be supplied. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost internally after delivery to a work address.

Delivery Options

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Most US orders deliver within 3-5 business days of the shipment leaving our warehouse (and up to 2 weeks for international orders), but this can sometimes vary based on carrier operations. VItoria Biosciences is not responsible for any carrier delays.

We also offer expedited shipping options - the rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

We ship to the United States, U.S. territories and several other countries (for the most current list please enter your country in the checkout page to see if it's eligible or you can contact us at

US P.O. Boxes

For US P.O. boxes, we can only ship via ground. Please do not select expedited shipping options for a P.O. box order as it will delay processing your order.

Import Duties and Customs

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. If the order is held up or lost at your customs, Vitoria Biosciences will not be responsible for any refunds.

Please be aware that Vitoria Biosciences does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Vitoria Biosciences, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.


Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee


We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. Vitoria Biosciences guarantees every product that we sell. Our products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than required by federal and state agencies.

If you are not completely satisfied with OMAPURE™, within 90 days of receiving your shipment, return the remaining product with a short explanation and we will promptly refund you for the unused portion.

To expedite the return, please include your original packing slip. If you no longer have it, please be sure to include your full name, address, e-mail, date of purchase, and order number. We would be grateful if you could let us know the reason for the return although that is not required to receive the refund.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.

International customers are responsible for any duty charges incurred on any items returned. A valid return should not be subject to any tax. Therefore any such charges wrongly charged or incurred will be deducted from your return refund amount. If you are needing help with this please contact us so we can help you make sure that this is done properly for both parties.

Please note that we are unable to control quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers and, as such, the Satisfaction Guarantee will not apply to any products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Additionally, if you made your purchase through Amazon or another third party website or retail store, you must reach out to the third party retailer for any returns or refunds.
